FounderNitin Jain has led the Pegasus brand for nearly two decades, shaping its journey with a strategic vision. After more than 20 years of building purposeful experiences, his focus has evolved toward a deeper commitment to children's wellbeing.
His vision is deeply personal. As a father to a four-year-old, Nitin strongly believes in the value of a screen-free habit forming childhood, rooted in real-world connection. This belief inspired the creation of Pegasus Wellbeing Club.

Program HeadBhoomika Jain is an Early Years Strategist, Parenting Coach and Child Development professional with over two decades of experience in education. With expertise in curriculum, teacher training and school setup, she has contributed to the growth and development of 10+ preschool and K–12 education brands across India. Passionate about building positive habits from the early years, she believes in nurturing children’s emotional, social and thinking skills for life. She currently serves as Head of Programs at Pegasus Wellbeing Club, bringing this vision to life through meaningful, child-centred experiences.

PWC CounsellorGurpreet Kaur is an experienced education professional with 15+ years of experience in the education industry, specialising in Pre-Primary coordination, academic management, parent counselling, and admissions. Currently associated with Pegasus Wellbeing Club as a Counsellor, she works closely with parents and schools to promote meaningful, screen-free learning experiences for children. She is passionate about early childhood education, child development, and building strong parent-school relationships.
