We appreciate your enrolment with Pegasus Wellbeing Club and thank you for choosing our wellbeing classes for your child.

Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests are only accepted before the start of the first session.
• Once the program/session has begun, no refunds will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Parent

• If you wish to cancel your child’s enrolment, you must inform us prior to the first session to be eligible for a refund.
• Requests made after the program has started will not be considered.

3. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.

4. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for:

• Missed sessions
• Absences due to personal reasons
• Change of schedule after program commencement

5. Program Changes

• In case Pegasus Wellbeing Club cancels a session or program, an alternative session or refund option will be provided.
