By enrolling your child in the Pegasus Wellbeing Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Media Consent

• I grant permission to Pegasus to capture photographs and videos of my child during activities.
• I agree that these may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes (social media, website, brochures, etc.), without compensation.

3. Health & Medical Declaration

• I confirm that my child is physically and mentally fit to participate.
• I will disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs in advance.
• In case of emergency, I authorize Pegasus to seek basic medical assistance if I am unreachable.

4. Drop-off & Pick-up Policy

• Children must be dropped off and picked up on time (60 minutes) by an authorized adult.
• Parents are not allowed to sit and wait in the premises.
• Valid ID may be required for pick-up.

5. Personal Belongings

• Parents should avoid sending valuable items.
• Pegasus is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Please do not send any bag or tiffin's etc.

6. Hygiene & Wellness

• Children showing symptoms of illness (fever, cold, infection) should not attend sessions.
• Pegasus reserves the right to refuse entry if a child appears unwell.
• There is no snack break as the program is only for 60 minutes.
• Only a Labelled bottle of water can be sent with the child.

7. Emergency Contact Information

• Parents must provide at least two emergency contact numbers.
• Any changes must be communicated promptly.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully:

• Eligibility: Refund requests and cancellations are only accepted before the start of the first session.
• Commencement: Once the program/session has begun, no refunds will be provided. Requests made after the program has started will not be considered.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and will be issued through the original mode of payment.
• Exceptions: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, absences due to personal reasons, or change of schedule after program commencement.

9. Program Changes

• If any holiday or emergency off is announced, Pegasus holds the right to reschedule the class as per availability.
• Pegasus reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, or instructors if necessary.
• In case Pegasus Wellbeing Club cancels a session or program entirely, an alternative session or refund option will be provided.
